Hi, I'm Hilda — a gameplay programmer mainly working in C++, including building game engines from scratch. I'm drawn to the quirky side of game systems: procedural worlds, pixel physics, GPU particles. There's something magical about mechanics that feel too chaotic to work, until they do.

Fascinating mechanics always drive my curiosity to explore!

What I Do for Fun

I'm a big fan of staying active. One of my proudest moments was finishing the 2025 Dallas Half Marathon — 13.1 miles of pure grit and a whole lot of fun!
